It’s the big red brick building with the Wells Fargo sign.
The entrance to the parking lot is from 24th street and the lot is just north of the building. You can park in any spot with the sign that reads:
"Junction Office 2 hour customer parking only"
The clinic (suite 120) is on the first floor and there are signs next to the door that say “Bonneville Pelvic Health”.
The restrooms are in the lobby and require a code:
